Housekeeping module in Vitte Inn helps in viewing the operations of the hotel in a real time basis. Optimization in hotel operations define the profitability and the agility of the hotel. The workflow helps in viewing, scheduling and in managing the operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and also in profitability.

Cleaning and Maintenance in the rooms need to happen because of check-outs and because of issues within the rooms. The module shows the pending tasks in queue.

Maintenance

The maintenance of the rooms to be cleaned, inventory and the equipment to be maintained are on display in this module. The preventive maintenance of the equipment is also factored in. The availability of the stocks and the equipment gives the serviceability index of the rooms. Those rooms are released for occupancy and are displayed in the front office.

Operations

The available equipment and the stocks of the amenities to be provided inside the room is displayed. Based on the room occupancy and the requests, the preventive and reactive tasks are planned and re-sequenced. The start time and the stop time is also calculated. This helps in delivering the services to the customers and also allotting the rooms on time.

Resource Management
