Licensing

Perpetual license & instalment license model – web based application working through google chrome or internet explorer browsers. Upfront annual subscription to be paid for the first year and thereafter monthly basis. Paid subscription days (licensed days) plus 15 days of grace period for renewal of product license through internet connectivity. UPI 2.0 payment gateway or credit card or bank transfer channels shall be used for payment instantly. The license module shall automatically calculate the amount due at any point of time and payment shall be done simply by pressing the payment confirmation button. No need to go through complicated methods to execute the payment.

The subscription model of licensing includes the license subscription cost plus GST plus annual maintenance cost. This model ensures that the web application is always current and all updates are automatically updated periodically. This web application requires consistency of internet connection and in the event of no internet connection no transaction can be carried out. List of proprietary software that our application use in order to fully functionalize the working of application, any licensing requirements with regard to db or other third party software needs

Non-payment shall temporarily void the license till payment effected. No data loss or security issues and all master and transactional data shall remain on the webserver for reactivation anytime.

The software will perform substantially as described in the Vittena product data sheet that you receive in or with the software. Latent / inherent defect in software is warranted for one year from the date of sale. Vittena warrants correcting the defects in an efficient manner.

The annual maintenance or license renewal cost includes all future updates, minor improvements upto 10 hours, technical support 5 days x 8 hours week basis.

Software Support

Up to two years from the date of release of next higher version, after which the upgrade to latest version is required.

 
Minor improvement

Up to 10-man hours – Free, only during the validity of one-year limited warranty. All minor improvements thereafter shall be chargeable at the prevailing technical tariff.
